nemo.desktop file categories entry should identify Nemo as a FileManager to be added to the System menu

The nemo.desktop categories entry is different than other file managers. Its a very user friendly file manager, but when a user adds it to their system, it doesn't appear on the menu and isn't easily selectable as their default file manager:

Current categories entry:
Categories=GNOME;GTK;Utility;Core;

Requested categories entry:
Categories=GNOME;GTK;Utility;Core;System;FileManager

These are the relevant settings in /usr/share/applications/nemo.desktop in LMDE6.
It will be added, like many other File Managers, as "Files"

Keywords=folders;filesystem;explorer;
Terminal=false
Type=Application
StartupNotify=false
Categories=GNOME;GTK;Utility;Core;
MimeType=inode/directory;application/x-gnome-saved-search;
Actions=open-home;open-computer;open-trash;
