Allow enabling navigation buttons after webapp creation

As far as I can see, it's only possible to enable / disable showing browser chrome (navigation buttons) during initial creation of a web app. Those options are shown during creation, but not when editing an app. Show these options again to allow changing this setting after the app was created.
