File Saved as "Unsaved Document 1" (no extension) + No "Save As..." window appeared

 * Distribution: Linux Mint 21.1 Vera Cinnamon

Issue

I ended up getting a SAVED file named "Unsaved Document 1" after pressing the
"Save the current file" toolbar icon (floppy!)
No "Save As..." window appeared.
I repeatedly clicked it to be able to read the status line message (Nothing helpful there!).
The save operations did seem slow to me for such a small file...

Steps to reproduce

Cannot reproduce - Worked OK after that???

Expected behaviour

"Save As..." window to prompt for name, etc...

Other information

Lots of Free Memory...

$ uptime
12:52:07 up 2 days, 23:23, 1 user, load average: 0.19, 0.25, 0.31
System suspended every day.

Only issue on this beast is if Firewall is On, takes a long time (5 Minutes!) after password entry to get Desktop,
versus 50 Seconds when Firewall is Off!!!
