Can't access "Logging" tab after Update to v28

Is there an existing issue for this?

Current Behavior
Error when access the "Logging" tab
Internal Server Error
The server was unable to complete your request.
If this happens again, please send the technical details below to the server administrator.
More details can be found in the server log.
Expected Behavior
No response
Steps To Reproduce
Open logging
Environment
- OS: ubuntu 22.04 lts
- How docker service was installed: official docker guide
CPU architecture
x86-64
Docker creation
Linuxserver.io nextcloud docker compose
Container logs
can't access nc logs and the linuxserver.io nc docker logs don't provide any error info
