File in default configuration does not exist

In the created configuration when we run the container for the first time the line in the rtorrent configuration
execute = {sh,-c,/usr/bin/php7 /usr/share/webapps/rutorrent/php/initplugins.php abc &}
refers to initplugins.php I cant find in the container in the specified location, I do find the file in the container in
/app/rutorrent/php/initplugins.php
