Bug Description
1/ Darkness makes the blurred section on the left and right side of the video (with square ratio video) become brighter and no longer blurred (compare to no theme).

2/ In specific UI like screenshots (ss) d3 and d4, the background of video panel is white and will show up when the clip finished (or part of background can show up in some strange ratio clip at the sides).

You can access this UI in ss d3 and d4 by go to pages like https://www.facebook.com/watch/yeah1tv, then click on any clip and this UI will show up. Go directly to the url on my screenshot (or even refresh the page when u did the steps above) u will get the UI in my d1 and d2 ss (problem 1/ still exist).

My suggestion is that facebook alr did a great job with what inside the video panel only (white text and button, black background, blurred and darkened sides, dark shade below controler area) and may be we dont need to touch that.
