Description
Environment Variables:
HOOK_DISABLE_TRACE='xpuSetDevice=0' LOG_LEVEL="TRACE=INFO"
Desired Behavior:
only xpu_set_device is backtraced
Actual Behavior:
all runtime apis are backtraced
