Idea: before installing a new version check author change

Before installing a version we can compare previous versions (or existing version, if it's an upgrade) to alert if:

• The author of the new release has changed (npm has information the user who published the release, https://registry.npmjs.org/web-browserify)
• The author information has changed (different email, etc)
