Create "My Activity" screen/tab

As a user I need a space where I can keep track of my different activities in the ecosystem
Description
This screen is one one of the screen accessible from the bottom navigation. Currently in the app, user can only carry out actions but there is no way for him to check on the actions he has already done.
In that sense, this screen would be a place where user can follow up on his votes, tips , crowdloan participation... anything related with his actions in the governance.
Later, it could even be a place where we can add graphic on the user's governance activity.

???? : If there is too many sections should we turn this issue into an epic, with one issue per sections ? Otherwise we can just start by creating a basic screen with one or two sections only and add the rest of the sections later
