Create "Menu" screen/tab

As a user I need a place where I can access the app complementary features and setting

Description

The Menu screen is one of the tab accessible from the bottom navigation.
It's use for secondary features setting : it will be an entry point for the different section that aren't accessible from the bottom navigation or their respective screens.

⚠️ what do we need?

• Information on the menu's style:
  Add screen Mockup + Styling information

• The Menu screen is a list of different tabs/item:
  Tab 1: Name of the item + Icon + Redirecting screen (redirecting screens will be created in different issues)
  Tab 2: Name of the item + Icon + Redirecting screen
  Tab 3: Name of the item + Icon + Redirecting screen
  Tab °: (this list is not definitive, we can always add/remove/edit sections)
