Using with C++ module

Hey litesync,

Curious if you could add something that would make it easy to include uv_callback in an existing C++ module, because right now it throws some casting errors.

If you make the changes you can send them for evaluation as a contribution.

Uv_callback can be used from within c plus plus just fine. I already tested it.
