AFAIK it's already supported by touchscreen, just need to patch emitted events.

Reopened & deferred because it's not stable -- d2tw stops working after several cycles of suspend/wake up.

After applying commit litew/android_kernel_cyanogen_msm8974@afea8e9 I haven't seen touchscreen/d2tw errors again.
