@zsama001 I've reinstalled clean sfos 2.1.0.11 image over our CM 12.1 YOG7D* and tested audio playing in Media app - it works out of the box.

Closing this issue since I can't reproduce this error, even after full wipe&reinstalling CM 12.1 and SFOS images. @zsama001, reopen it if there is any info available for your problem.
