I already have password polices implemented. Can I use this product just for checking.
And my password policies will take effect,

I'm not sure I totally understand the question here.
If you mean does this replace or run side-by-side any existing Windows password policies - the answer is that it runs side by side. All password policy providers must be satisfied for Windows to allow the password change.
