Fault node status doesn't go to RUNNING state during experiment execution

What happened:
Fault node status doesn't go to RUNNING state during experiment execution, it is stuck at INITIALIZED state.

What you expected to happen:
Fault node status should get updated to RUNNING state when experiment starts running.
