Clone this repository. Get a working Grails 2.0 > * instance. Developped on Grails 2.0.3 and tested and running on techup.lu with Grails 2.1.
Since the App is working with Twitter as Authentication Provider via OAuth, you need to create a Twitter App and specify the token in the Config.groovy file.
Change into the directory and start grails with
grails run-app
Navigate to http://localhost:8080/techup
To deploy to HEROKU, create a Heroku app, initialize the App via Heroku CLI and deploy with git master push heroku. See instructions Grails on Heroku.
To initialze MemCache, get a MemCache Addon on Heroku (or elsewhere) and enter Configuration into Config.groovy file.
