PoLo not learning on Hetionet

Hi, when running the model directly from the cloned polo repository, the model does not seem to learn (no rewards are given) on Hetionet. On the other datasets, there does not seem to be an issue. The only thing that we changed in the config file is load_model=0. Any ideas what might be the issue?
