Can't find menubar "Plug-In Tool - Generate Bookmarks"

I followed README.md but can't find "Generate Bookmarks" on menubar.
Do you think this module is compatible to recent Acrobat?
(My local Acrobat DC version is 20.009.20063)

Not sure...Acrobat DC has been actively updating. Sorry I may not have time to look into it recently. Most of the code is based on SDK sample project from Adobe. You may try to download the latest SKD and try on it if interested.
