Update editorial board page with contact info

We should put the section editor contact info on the journal website somewhere now that we have it (putting this here partly so I don't lose the addresses):
tutorials@livecomsjournal.org
bestpractices@livecomsjournal.org
lessonslearned@livecomsjournal.org
reviews@livecomsjournal.org
computationalcomparisons@livecomsjournal.org
Presumably also this should go somewhere on livecomsjournal.github.io as well.
