Upload problem with VS Code

Describe the bug
If I upload my script from Visual Studio Code to GitHub I get an error, that a file, which I download in my script is to big. But The file is only downloaded, if I run the script locally. Not during Upload.

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Create a powershell script
2. Use

Expected behavior
Only source should be synced. There should be no download from used URLs during sync.
