Open SSH Connection vscode win10 does not work as expected

Describe the bug
When clicking on "Open SSH in terminal" on sftp explorer it just opens a terminal without SSH.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. install vscode latest version for windows
  2. install sftp and configure host
  3. click on open ssh in terminal

Expected behavior
It shoud open a terminal with SSH to selected host

  • Win10
  • VSCode 1.63.2 (user setup)
  • sftp 1.12.3
