Describe the bug
The file icons on remote explorer disappear on version 1.68
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
- Install the version May 2022 (version 1.68)2.
ScreenShoot
Desktop (please complete the following information):
- OS: Mac and Windows
- VSCode Version 1.68

My solution was install the preview version 1.67.2 and disable automatic update

Same issue here, after update to 1.68 I lost file/folder icons only in this extension.
