It makes sense for the bot initialization command to check the player's GM level

It makes sense for the initialization command to check the GM level. And thus, when checking the player’s GM level, give the initialization command either epic or auto, instead of static epic, which is not available for players with a normal level. Well, that's it, thinking out loud...

I translated this and modified it for use in English speaking countries. I also modified a few other things to make it more user friendly. Still working on some other things.
