Issue installing modbus-tk pip package for Python 3.10

I ran,
python3.10 -m pip install modbus_tk
The Error I got was this:

Hey, struggling to replicate. Can you try run:
python3.10 -m pip install modbus_tk --use-deprecated=backtrack-on-build-failures
