Theme the single file template, make sure to include bootstrap for native responsive plugin.

started theming, added bootstrap theme css, had problem with style and script_enque, must put all info into the function to run multi enques
this is done! i have achived a basic mobile bootstraped single page.
No inline
No Custom css, just plain jane bootstrap.
Look at a registry on an actual movile device, it looks like crap! clean it!!!
use the defined break points to change text size for mobile phone and add in the 4th break pt.
