Fix bindings for sparql-query-region

Background

Currently, sparql-query-region is bound to C-c x. But C-c followed by a letter is supposed to be reserved to users. There is a different convention for keys in major modes. We should use those.

Acceptance Criteria

  • The default binding for sparql-query-region is changed to C-c C-x.
