IOError: rnn_sample.py

When I try to execute python rnn_sample.py --config_file new_config_file.config I get the following error:

Any help is appreciated

I get the same error. I tried " touch new_config_file.config" before running the above command and I get an EOF error from line 30 of rrn_sample.py
