the real transparent image is not saved

In the output folder, only visualized image with checkboard background are saved, and the real transparent image is not saved.

I have the same issue
I can see this image:
but i can't see the real transparent image anywhere. I don't see any errors. I'm using latest version of forget and layerdiffuse, just installed 1 hour ago.
