Installing and usage instructions on TrueNAS

Hi,
As the title explains, this app is listed on the app catalog on TrueChats, but there is no documentation related to this on the README project.
It wold be great to have a nice support on the main page for that platform.

As Kubernetes is going away on 01.07.2024 I don't think it's wise to spend any time on this.
Just set up jailmaker docker and run this with docker compose. I use it like that and it works well.
