@victornoel milestone 1.0.0 is 100% complete. When are we releasing? :)

#159 seems to me like an important one to scope into 1.0.0. Is there anything else?

Edit: #175 also seems important

@llorllale yep, I started also to list important issues for v1 in cactoos.

In cactoos-matchers, I just added some new issues to the milestone that seems important.

IMHO #175 is not so important as this won't cause breaking changes if we do it after v1.

@llorllale also I think it would be good that we update to the latest version of cactoos (maybe to the version just before cactoos v1 is released...)

How long (roughly) before cactoos v1 happens? We shouldn't have to depend on it.
