XMLPipeDB manuscript preparation

Our plan right now is to submit a manuscript describing XMLPipeDB to PeerJ Computer Science, using the Bordetella and Burkholderia analyses conducted by the Fall 2015 BioDB students as the examples in the paper. The paper will encompass the description of XMLPipeDB functionality, its development over a 10-year span, and the examples above.
@kdahlquist will open a GoogleDoc and put in the current state of the manuscript and invite @dondi, @anuvarsh , @bklein7 , and the other members of those two teams as collaborators.
We will set weekly milestones to ensure progress towards submission by the end of the semester.
First milestone due 1/13:
@kdahlquist will post what we have to GoogleDocs and we will revisit the outline/list of figures for the paper.
@dondi will surpervise the migration of gdb's to GitHub (#21) and @kdahlquist will help with the new ones (#23).
