Default reference format is "Chicago Manual of Style"

According to the Quarto documentation, the default format for citations and the bibliography that will be used if you do not select a concrete csl file in the yml header is "Chicago Manual of Style":
https://quarto.org/docs/authoring/footnotes-and-citations.html#sec-citations-style
So I guess it is fine to not use any csl
option in the yaml header of the minimal example and add a box or something to the tutorial where to mention how to use a different style (where we could then mention csl: apa7.csl
as an example).

I think it's a good idea to keep the demo manuscript as simple as possible and rely on the defaults. Maybe the mention of the csl
option would better fit into our Quarto tutorial?
