Quarto version bundled with RStudio can be too old

Currently, the Quarto version bundled with the current stable version of RStudio is < 1.5 and therefore perhaps too old for some advanced apaquarto features. Until the summer school workshop, I have to make changes to the Preparations page to make sure that participants not only install R, RStudio but then again install the current stable version of Quarto (like suggested in the official Quarto tutorials)...

In commit f12d6ab I have added an instruction to install a recent version of Quarto after installing RStudio.
