Remove dispute from users when they have resolved the situation themselves

When a user opens a dispute, but later he and his counterpart reach an agreement and decide to cancel the operation (/cancel id), or the seller releases the sats to the buyer (/release id), both users will accumulate 1 dispute in their history, even if they have solved it without the intervention of a Solver. This can cause them will be banned if they accumulate too many disputes
