Note duration for several banishes that don't specify them

Reported in discord. Examples:
- snokebomb = 30 turns
- reflex = 30 turns
- saber = 30 turns
- hatred = 50 turns
- scrapbook = 100 turns

this was partially resolved in #128 ; for several of these i put the text in but it only shows when the source is equipped, which i realized right now kind of defeats the purpose. but we've partly fixed this lol

i wonder if we can consider this closed with the new banish tile i made where it shows you the length of all active banishes; it feels like this is kind of OK at this point even though some banishers in the existing banish tile do not show you the exact duration?
