Psionic Power not loading

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Launching CBLoader
2. Loading/creating a psionic character
3.
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expect to see the class features/powers/feats and they pop up as houseruled and
blank on an existing character and don't exist on a new character.
What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
V1.3.0 and windows vista
Please provide any additional information below.
Psionic power is checked in the campaign settings tab and if you try to make a
hybrid psionic class some options become availble to select otherwise it acts
like the setting doesn't exist.
