Glitch on EXECUTIONER CLASS skill selection

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Create EXECUTIONER class
2.Select all options untill SKILLS
3.Cant select skills, there are no valid options.
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
We should be able to select skills for the class. We cant. All skills are
UNSELECTABLE.
What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
CB Loader 1.0.3 on windows 7
