Selecting Dragonborn as a race crashes CBloader

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Fresh install of CB/Oct 2010 updates/CBloader 1.3/wotc.index file.
2. Launching cbloader in admin mode
3. Selecting dragonborn as race
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
For character to have selected dragonborn as race
What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
CBloader 1.3, Windows 7 x64 Ultimate
Please provide any additional information below.

When I load a character sheet that has already selected Dragonborn as a race,
it loads fine, and I can even switch races and switch back to Dragonborn. The
program only crashes when I select Dragonborn the first time.
