Order Adept L10 Feature should grant +2 to WILL, not +1

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
-The Order Adept theme's L10 feature ought to grant a +2 untyped bonus to WILL. 
 The character builder is only giving it a +1 power bonus.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
