Reality Mealtdown (27th Psion At Will) Does not add Power Points

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Select any 27 At Will Psion Power with a Hybrid Psion or Psionic Dabbler 
Feat, power point Total increases
2. Select Reality Meltdown 27 Psion at Will, Powerpoints Do not increase but 
decrease to levels that omit the Retrained Power's points as well
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
When Using Psionic Augmentation (Hybrid) class feature or Psionic Dabbler 
Multiclass Feat (or both) Additional power points are granted for the number 
and levels of at will Augmentable powers known. Therefore when retraining to an 
Epic tier power one should see an increase of 2 power points if retraining from 
paragon or 4 power points if retraining from heroic (double if you have both 
the feat and the feature) with all other level 27 psion powers, the increase is 
applied correctly, however with Reality Meltdown points are lost as if the 
retrained power were replaced by a non-augmentable thereby reducing the 
previous total of power points. The Character Sheet Viewer still shows power 
cards for Reality Meltdown (Unaugmented)/(Augment 2) / (Augment 6) as normal.

Example: Power Point Total 10 Retrain level 17 power for level 27 power (Loss 4 
points from lvl 17 Gain 6 points from lvl 27) New Powerpoint total 12 
powepoints as shown with any lvl 23 or 27 power except Reality Meltdown, Total 
shown after Retraining to Reality Meltdown is 6 power points

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

CBLoader V 1.2.3 with parts update from "Wizards Everything"

Windows Vista 32 Home SP1

This Error pre-dates the CBloader and was noticed while using the Standard 
Character Builder with the Oct 2010 Update and is still present after loading 
with the CBLoader
