Allow Alt-key to be used as modifier for DnD to allow versioning

Allow user to hold alt-key when dragging and dropping files to Share document library to create new versions.
Alt pressed when DnD -> new version of file if file with same name exist
Alt not pressed -> file with unique name created if file with same name exis
