Does netflow support h3c devices?

I use h3c and huawei devices netflow v10 or v9
The pcap file from h3c looks like

A few days later, huawei is ok but h3c still no template matching, This is my config in logstash 6.2.2

Can you post a pcap file with h3c netflow or ipfix data?

I created a repo for this.
I use tcpdump to catch the package for three minutes.
