Where is the GeoLite2-ASN.mmdb file and vendor.json file in the project?

I can file any .mmdb file anywhere in the project. How do I point to a .mmdb file? Also where is the vendor.json file that have a config that point to the .db file?
In the office guide on the elastic search website, they said "Another example of the vendor.json file is the geoip filter"
But when I click on the link they don't exist anymore
