Documentation Mismatch

The documentation for this plugin (which appears to be incorrect) does not match the plugin's README (which does appear to be correct).

Since (it it would seem) the documentation in this repo "builds" the documentation on the Elastic "guide page" for this plugin, the documentation there is also incorrect.

This looks to be an artifact of #3 (renaming the plugin)

I think I have some confusion regarding versioning here, and I may have sorted it out.

I'm running an older logstash version (5.6.16), so the plugin I'm actually using is logstash-filter-rest (0.5.5), which is sourced from this repositorie's upstream (fork parent) located at: https://github.com/lucashenning/logstash-filter-rest.

I will follow the docs in that repository for my current scenario.
