Snapshot CI is failing to find Docker images

When Travis CI is running for SNAPSHOT releases it is returning 404's when attempting to load the snapshot Logstash images. I believe ci/unit/docker-setup.sh should be modified to match what has been done in https://github.com/logstash-plugins/logstash-output-elastic_app_search/blob/21c5c35312ff0fa1eda9c99f8edc4356dcf7ff2e/ci/unit/docker-setup.sh
