HTTP LS-to-LS - Bootstrap part 2 - Complete Initial Working Plugin

In order to complete the bootstrap of this PR, we need to:

• Fix packaging (e.g. gem spec, plugin name, output will inherit output base pkg, etc..).
• Fix documentation
• Add more unit tests.
