描述BUG
新版本窗口宽度大于高度时顶部按钮会消失无法点击，并且无法拖动窗口，如果点了全屏就缩小不了了，得alt+f4

复现步骤

  1. 打开应用
  2. 点击最大化或拖动窗口边角手动缩放至 宽>高
  3. 看到错误

窗口变为横向依旧是宽大于高时底部缩放应该是刻意设计的吧，是不是意外导致顶部底部同时缩放了

DESCRIPTION BUG

The bottom scaling when the window is turned into landscape orientation and still has a wider width than a height should be intentional. Is it an accident that the top and bottom are scaling at the same time?
