Using System.Net.PeerToPeer (MDNS) the tablet could simply auto-detect and auto-connect with zero interaction

@ViableClanMember I guess that this will require us to have a server-side component on the PC rather than a websocket connection to OBS. Would this make life a little harder? What do we do about multiple streamers on the same network?
