Daterangepicker acting wierd for japan

Hello,
I was using long bill/jquery-date-range-picker and it works fine by default but when a user opens it from Japan then its skipping the days to the right by one (Start of the week should be Sunday but currently it shows Saturday)...
How can we make this work with the default behavior ?
