Very high CPU usage

I've noticed a very high cpu usage in an app we are developing so got my profiler on and i discovered this:

any suggestion what it might be ?
We have a timer every 30 seconds that checks if upnp is still set (maybe someone shut down the modem, maybe someone restarted just upnp... who knows)

I will take a look at this in a couple of weeks. In order to know what it could be I need the network logs.
